The Arizona Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants (AZAAA) was founded in 2019 with the ultimate goal of obtaining licensure allowing Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to practice in the state of Arizona.

Our academy seeks to advance the CAA profession, support continued education, announce current anesthesia trends and updates, as well as inform about the Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model that emphasizes patient safety.
